What I Expect to Learn...

I signed up for this class because I needed another english class to finish up my gen. ed. requirements. I figured Business Communication would be helpful because, eventually, I will most likely end up in a professional setting and I will need to be able to communicate in a professional manner. I expect to learn how to write business proposals, memos, e-mails, letters, and resumes. Anything I can pick up from this class would be great.
